Welcome to ZeeGlobalDesigns. By using our services or website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services Provided
ZeeGlobalDesigns currently specializes in:
Embroidery Digitizing – Creating embroidery-ready files (e.g., DST, PES) from logos and images.
Vector Art Conversion – Transforming raster images into clean, scalable vector files (e.g., AI, EPS, SVG).
All services are custom-made based on the client’s provided artwork and instructions.
Payment Terms
Clients are only invoiced after final delivery and complete satisfaction with the work.
No upfront payment is required.
Final files are shared after the client confirms approval of the preview and results.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Zelle, Wire Transfer, and Cheques (subject to clearance)
All payments must be made to ZeeGlobalDesigns’ official business accounts only.
Revisions
We provide unlimited revisions for up to 30 days after the initial delivery.
Revisions include format changes, color adjustments, size modifications, and similar refinements.
Major design changes outside the original scope may require additional charges.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy after the initial delivery date.
Refunds are only processed if ZeeGlobalDesigns is unable to fulfill the requested revisions or meet expectations.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method/account used by the client.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, reference images, and usage details (e.g., fabric type or print format).
Turnaround time depends on project complexity and client responsiveness.
Projects left unresponsive for more than 14 days may be closed without refund eligibility.
Ownership and Rights
Once payment is made, all final files and rights are transferred to the client.
ZeeGlobalDesigns may showcase the completed (non-confidential) work in its portfolio or marketing material unless otherwise requested.
Prohibited Use
Clients agree not to:
Use ZeeGlobalDesigns’ services or outputs for illegal or harmful purposes.
Claim previews, watermarked images, or drafts as final files before payment.
Resell or redistribute our designs without appropriate rights or licensing.
Limitation of Liability
ZeeGlobalDesigns is not responsible for:
Misuse of delivered files.
Machine or software incompatibility on the client’s end.
Losses caused by incorrect inputs or instructions from the client.
Updates to These Terms
We may revise our Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
