At ZeeGlobalDesigns, we prioritize client satisfaction above all. We provide premium design and digital services, and to ensure a smooth and trustworthy experience, we offer a 30-Day Refund Policy with Unlimited Revisions, even though clients pay after receiving the service.
30-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of the delivery of your project, no questions asked, if:
You are unsatisfied with the final outcome after revisions.
There is a major issue in the delivered work that we’re unable to resolve.
The service provided does not match what was agreed upon initially.
Unlimited Revisions
We stand by our quality — which is why every project includes unlimited revisions within the 30-day period from delivery. We’ll continue working with you until you are 100% satisfied.
Refund Conditions
To ensure a fair refund process:
Refunds will only be issued to the same account used to make the original payment.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the final delivery.
Revisions must be requested in a clear and timely manner within the 30-day window.
If the client remains unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days after delivery, the project will be considered completed and closed, and no refund will be issued.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued:
For work that has already been approved or used in any capacity (online, print, etc.).
If plagiarism, copyright infringement, or reselling of our designs is discovered after delivery.
For miscommunication resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
